Time for the annual game that I used to look forward to. I'm dreading having to watch what is most likely going to be a one of the most humiliating beatdowns in the history of the border war.

This one is going to be ugly and I won't be surprised a bit if the final margin is in the 50 point range. I'll still watch every minute of it, though I'll probably be curled up in the corner having assumed the fetal position by halftime.

If somehow pigs learn to fly, and the Tigers actually make a game of this....

one of the most UNDERRATED rivalries in college sport. those people HATE each other on par with OU-Texas, Bama-Auburn, etc. goes back to the Civil War, both teams take their names from deeds done at the same time. Bill Quantrill burned Lawrence to the ground.

Mizzou is moving in the right direction. Tonight is going to be an ass-kicking of the highest order but I think Mizzou will get back in the next two or three years. The Tigers just don't have the athletes to play this style right now but when they do, they'll be a force again in the Big 12.

Of course as a Jayhawk, I am relishing the thought of tonight.....

Mizzou had every opportunity to win this game, and just wouldn't step up and take it. KU was sure offering it.

Not to ever feel all warm and fuzzy after a close loss, but it looks to me as if they are headed in the right direction.

0-4 in the Big XII still sucks, but last year we were 3-1 to start... and finished 3-13.

That was a pretty good game. Usually one of the games every year goes down like this just like last year in Columbia. That's the way they ought to be.
