Chargettes to name new head coach?
They must be. They are favored to win the Super Bowl next year.

..uh...I don't get it.Sirfindafold wrote:They must be. They are favored to win the Super Bowl next year.
He's implying that it's impossible for the Bolts to be favorites with Schottenheimer as the coach.
If Manning and Dungy could exorcise their demons this year, why can't the Chargers? Kaeding needs to make a big kick in the playoffs and they've got a second year starter at QB plus you throw in Marty's lack of success in the postseason...there definitely are few key reasons they won't win it all next year. It's one of those things...when a team, coach or player fails to get it done in the past, it's hard to believe they will get it done until they actually do it.

You're right on Shoalzie...Kaeding has now missed the two most important attempts of his career, one would have beat the Jets in a playoff game ( a makeable 43 yarder) and one would have tied the game with the Pats ( a reach at 54 ). The lessons they learned vs. the Pats should serve them well in future playoffs. To the chagrin of Raiduh and Dallas fan, they will be right back in the thick of things next year, a year more experienced and stronger than ever.
