I thought it might be a special agent in the Stupid Fucking Name Bureau that removed little Mychael Dawodu from her dumbass family, until I read further that the female suspect's name is Rayshaun.

I bet it's pronounced me-shy-hell or some such stupidity. I used to live in a neighborhood where were six kids under 8 years old named Jordan. Four boys and two girls. There were little three girls named Caitlyn, Katelynne, and Kaytelyn. Boys were named stupid crap like Treydon, Tyus, Tyvan, etc. I nearly firebombed the whole block when I left.
