And a place in history.....a second(three if you count football) consecutive NCAA Championship.

End of an Era....start of a legend......the 04's that spurned millions to come back and repeat.

UF wins despite playing 5 on 8(OSU's five and the 3 refs).

Oden is a monster but its accentuated when you aren't allowed to touch him.

Congrats Gators, you deserve it. Donovan's gameplan was rotate bigs vs Oden and don't give easy looks to OSU's guards....hence(at the time of this writing - 2/18 from 3 pt land). Not going to win many games. This could have been another 86-60 but the refs wouldn't let the Gators play. I haven't seen such one sided officiating like that in a long time. CBS could not have the big star foul out and they protected him throughout. Ratings baby. It's okay. I'll take the tough one anytime.

Oden has nothing to prove and I expect him gone.....sorry buck fans. You can say the same about DOnovan and a NEW challenge. He has accomplished everything here in 11 years.

And here I thought Trix was going to be humble. Why is the officiating always a problem for Florida fan? The game wasnt one sided. Florida made shots, tOSU didnt. Oden handled Florida's bigs. Too bad no one else came to help him last night.

The sad thing is.....you people just can't admit when I'm right. It's been that way since I called the Big 12 overrated and they subsequently confirmed it many years in a row.

Oden, the beast....the monster...is nearly impossible to defend to begin with. If he's protected by the refs, forget about it.

I was very nervous when they pulled within 6. The refs refused to let our bigs play. Period.

It's an observation.....a valid one. Why must I be whining? UF wins so everything was perfect.

Commenting about the game is un-classy? I congratulated OSU and OSU fan. It was a hard fought game. It's funny how none of you could see the extreme disparity in calls.

The refs should not have such influence over the outcome of a game.

Since you like to "comment" about the officiating so much, why don't you discuss how the tO$U guards where whistled for a ton more fouls than the UF backcourt was.

Oden outplayed the Gator frontcourt, hence more fouls on the UF bigs.

Green/Humphrey/Brewer outplayed the Buckeye backcourt, hence more fouls on the tO$U guards.

I really do not want to get involved here...the final analysis says UF won tOSU lost...plain and simple...but

but if Gator Nation is going off about referring then how come FLA shot SOOO many more FT's in the first half and until tOSU had to start fouling...I think there was a stat on the board at one point that UF had shot 12 FT's making 10 I believe to 2 for tOSU...

just throwing that out there but again...UF won...why cry about officiating when UF won? not necessarily meaning you but Gator nation...I can see if you had lost by 1 point or something and there may have been a questionable call...but apparently Gator nation never watched tOSU earlier in the tourney when Oden was being whistled for people running into him...face it UF got calls all throughout the tourney...how come I didn't see you in here when Oregon was getting butfucked in the mouth by the refs???

I mean Oregon got called for a ton of ticky tack shit...as did Butler...

just sayin...

again props to UF and hey I have moved on...but I guess I just don't understand why the outcry when you won...again Gator nation as a whole not necessarily you...i will no longer post about the officiating...I will definitely talk about the talent on the floor and what not and prospects for next year for both teams...but no more officiating talk from this cat...I have said my one and only piece...
