Even if the Quinn pics are wytches (i don't believe they are), they're certainly not "bad wytch jobs" at all. In fact, if both of those pics are wytch jobs, that's professional work right there.

I've never claimed to be an expert on pic wytching. But I can comment on what I see.

Clausen pic: take a close look at his neck. A little long, not to mention the skin color differs from the color of skin on his face.

Quinn pic: take a close look at Quinn's head, then compare the coloring of his head to the coloring in the rest of the pic. The coloring in his head appears just a bit faded.

I'll grant you that the Quinn pic is a better job than the Clausen pic.
