Even suing the driver of the stalled car the tow truck was helping give me a fucking break. Heck go after the gas station that sold the gas for the car that he was driving because he would not have been driving without the gas. Or Ford and the person that assembled that POS suv he was driving. I hope the judge throws this out and makes him pay everyones attorney fees involved. I'm sure the bar didn't give his son the hippie lettuce they found in his vehicle either. Maybe he can trace it back to the dealer he got it from and sue him too. FUCK his dad and the attorneys that file these law suits and waste tax payer money.

Instead of his family getting inspired to try to help other people from dying the same way their son did...they're blaming others for his mistake and trying to turn a buck in the process. Yes, they're victims in this case but their son was irresponsible in his choices and it's too bad it had to cost him his life.
