Hell. I have hated the Cubs ever since my parents got cable and my home was violated by the douchitude known as WGN. Guess what? I can give you a brief synopsis of your entire list of former Cubs. They are ALL losers. None on them ever won a World Series. They pathetically floundered in a horrible city clinging to the hope that a shitty gum company and unreadable newspaper would lead them to the light. Ya know what Carol Ann, Mommy's waiting for you in the light. And Mommy ain't got a championship for you.

Dayum, where do I start?

I'm still recovering from the blind-side kick in the nuts by Stuckinia.

And then I have somebody questioning my Cubs knowledge.

And then somebody telling me the Cubs are LOSERS. Wow, what an epiphany! The Cubs are losers? Really? No freaking way?

Guess there's a Captain Obvious on every board.

Does I remember? Nope. These are all players from the sixties. They all bombed out of the league before I was learning to swim....and I mean swim up my mother's fallopian tubes. How fucking old do you think I am?

No, I don't "remember" these dudes, but I know them.

Glen Hobbie - Pitcher, one-time starter who moved to the bullpen and sucked.
Dick Drott - another shitty starter who got demoted to bullpen status, before being in the bullpen meant something.
Ken Hubbs - three shitty seasons in the big leagues on the worst team of the decade
George Altman - career Cubbie who I believe did color commentary for a while.
Dick Ellsworth - Best Cubs pitcher of the 60's. All-star, 20 game winner and cy young contender. Too bad he had no support.
Barney Schultz - He was a Cub? Thought he was a Cardinal.
Moe Thacker = Bench Warmer. But he had a classic name.
John Boccabella - he was the capo in Tony Sopranos crew
Cal Koonce - couldn't record a save tossing a life jacket to a drowning child three feet away.
Ken Holtzman - another Cubbie who had a better career after being traded
Joe Pepitone - served as an underling of John Boccabella
Turk Lown - sucked as a Cub and as a Whitesock.

Lets try a harder question: What is the sum of 2+2+1?

Besides, you couldn't be MORE wrong. Plenty of Cubs have won championship rings (they just did it after being traded)

It was a cell phone cam while she was in the shower. So I had two things working against me.

The mark of question is a tattoo of carnations. I can probably talk her into a better resolution pic of the tat, but she won't be willing to pose for a boobie shot.

You know, I'm not much into begging, but at the same point I'm not sure if my sensitive ego could handle losing to Stuckinass, so can I just get an update?

An update will be forthcoming later this afternoon. Jackasses are in session as we speak and there are some procedural details that need to be worked out. By 5PM EDT, we will be all on the same page.

Well... of these three things you can be sure:

* I am a JACKASS.
* I did see your comment directed toward me in the Cul De Smack about a half an hour ago.
* Votes have been changed today.

(unfortunately, I don't even remember the comment - short term memory loss, i guess....but it was in Cul de Smack
* Votes have been changed today.
So you are a republican :?:
