I'm curious if you have heard anything regarding Jamar Taylor. I know he is seeking a transfer and he was at USF yesterday talking about the possibility of transferring here. Do you guys have any more in depth information on him?

I'm not sure how accurate the information is, but apparently there is a family illness in Taylor's case and he wanted to be closer to home. Ford's father just passed away over the weekend.

It would be nice to have Taylor here if he wants to come, but I am a bit surprised since there is a pretty nice log jam at RB now after we had no one last season. Samuels, Ford, and Williams (last years starter, basically by defualt due to the injury of Plancher) should see the bulk of the carries this season. Plancher is coming back off a torn ACL, so i am not sure what to expect out of him. Kelly might redshirt, but he is a FB, so we could use him the way WVU uses Schmidt. Our offense could very well mirror WVU's will a little less talent at RB, but with a much better QB.

White is the better runner, but Grothe is a better passer and has better QB instincts than White does, so no, it is not a stretch.

I know the national perception might not be there, but I tend to watch more Big East games than most here I assume.

The Auburn games scares. I don't know why, but I see us losing badly.
