A Moment of Silence...

Post by OCmike »

for my 20 GB iPod. It's about four years old and has worked great up until this past week when I've inexplicably dropped it something like four times. Now it will skip through the entire catalog of songs, change to a random song with no warning, put out bursts of static...that kind of thing. So it's pretty much got the electronic's versions of Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia and ALS all in a one week span.

So I'm in the market for a new mp3 player. I have no problem going with an iPod again, as this one gave me zero problems until I started firing it into the concrete, but I am willing to reload my CDs  for the right product at a decent price.

Any suggestions?

Serious replies only, please... :D

I have a Zune- MP3 player, also plays movies, stores pictures, and has an FM tuner. Works great on planes b/c of the movie/mp3 function. I really like it.
