dvf to mp3 converter?

I Want to convert audio files from my sony digital recorder to mp3s so I can put em on a Cd.

Anyone know of a good program that can do that?

FOund a program called switch, but it didn't seem to work. I said it successfully converted the file, but the file is still in the dvf format

Edit: got it to work. Just had to tweak a setting.
