Nah, I think that honor will be owned by the Titans, Raiders, Dolphins, Falcons, or Bucs. Did I miss anyone?

The Falcons oughta tank this season and get the #1 pick to replace 'The Dogfather'. I'm sure Petrino would love to get his boy Brohm.

Nothin' but love for my brotha Q, but the Cowboys will get giftwrapped the #1 pick as Cleveland simply sucks HARDCORE!!

May go down as the best draftday trade in a decade.

At least Cleveland didn't go Minnesota for the Cowboys; however, the results could end up the same way. 3 Superbowls in 4 years.

I think the Boys will get a top 5 pick out of it, but I see a few teams who are worse off than the Browns. Lions, Chiefs, and Falcons come to mind. But if the Brownstains want to suck it up bad, please do it right. 1-15, 2-14 would be nice. Should be weird having the 1st and 32nd pick in the draft.

Actually, q. The only Cowboys fan so far in this thread said it will be a top five. And I gotta agree with that.

only reason buccs won't get it, is because the Falcons will suck just as bad. so instead of losing 2 to them, i see a split. And carolina isnt very good, so another split.

they could actually win 5.

[DucksHomer]I just don't see the doom-and-gloom prediction for the Falcons this season. Their offense was nowhere near the top of the league, and their 7-9 record was mostly the result of a middle-of-the-road defense playing well more often than not.

That said, replacing Dead Dogg with My Man Joey is stretching things, at best. Not that I still don't have the utmost confidence in Joey's ability to silence the critics and have a breakout year, but the Falcon's O-Line is built around Vick. Lots of quicker guys, doing some zone-blocking, and that sort of thing, to exploit Vick's ability to run. While Joey would be a dream-come-true backup for a lot of squads, Atlanta isn't one of them. I'm not even sure what their logic was in signing him in the first place -- while his skills have been undervalued becauses he's never really been given the chance to shine, it's hard to name a more traditional pocket-passer than Harrington. Why they would sign a pocket-guy to a team that's about as anti-pocket-passer as we've seen in years, maybe the most pocket-oriented guy since Bledsoe and Marino, is a mystery.

I would have thought that Culpepper, or someone with some proven (albeit aging) legs would have been a better choice than Joey. But you don't go to war with the equipment you wish you had, you go in with what you've got.

So, I guess... GOOOOOO JOEY!!!![/DucksHomer]

You probably think Steve Spurrier was a good NFL coach. :meds:

Speaking of wagering....

Oakland has the lowest (5) over/under total on their wins for the year. But you, as an unbiased fan, has more knowledge than Vegas oddsmakers and stuff, right?
