I've always enjoyed this format. No draft to have to be present for and yawn your way thru, and pick whomever you want but stay under the cap. Buy and sell players as often as you like.

I generally use "FU" as my team name for all troll related fantasy games but I was already registered for Salary Cap Fantasy Football (the same team is used in as many leagues as you want). I don't use "FU" in non-troll leagues because people will think that I'm telling them all to go fuck themselves.
