hes talking about Todd Mcnair, RB coach at USC. When he was with the KC Chiefs in the 90's McNair had a breeding kennel in New Jersey, he was cited twice for "Animal Neglect." The second charge came from when some dogs were chained to trees during a blizzard in 1996 they appeared malnurished, there were never dog fighting charges brought up on McNair, who was still in Missouri at the time, but the Bruin Bloggers will say anything and not let truth get in the way of a good anti-USC story.
The first "neglect" ticket was in Missouri in 1993 for not having licenses on his dogs, they were licensed he just didnt have the tags displayed on the dogs.

The worst thing Mcnair did was leave the dogsoutside in the cold, a horrible thing to do but if he wasnt on the property or even in the time zone, how does he help it? I assume he had hired someone to take care of the dogs but that someone didnt do their job

Marinovich was arested 3 houses down from my cousins place, hiding in a carport. was skating at the beach at like 1 am, the cops tried to stop him since skateboards are illegal on the boardwalk, they found a needle and some meth on him. Not his first drug problem, wont be his last
