brutal run yesterday. something like 90 degree and nearly 100% humidity. rip to the michigan police officer who died running.

yes, it was miserable. the po-po opened up the fire hydrants b/c the aid stations were running out of gatorade and water. i was a full 1:25 off my best. i need to pick up the pace so i'm getting a view of the athletic women rather than the 45-year-old mothers of seven.
