Where's Stanford?
After beating #1 USC, Stanford definitely deserves to be in the top 5...errr....25.
I mean, look at #25 Tennessee.
OK they have one less loss than Stanford, but all of the Cardinal's 3 losses have been to top 25 teams (at the time at least).
OK, the Vols' two losses were also to top 25 teams but the best win they have is against #12 Georgia.
I think a win on the road against The Best Team in the History of College Football is just a liiiiiiiiiitttttttttle bigger than a home win against the 'Dawgs. Sayin'...
When they beat The Second Best Team in the History of College Football on December 1, they will rightfully claim #1.
For now I'm calling SEC bias. And fuck any of you who disagree.

The last home game that SC lost, in 2001, was to...Stanford.
"The Tree" as you call them, has lost 3 games this season. All 3 losses were to PAC10 teams, any of which (including Stanford) would bury any ACC team, especially the always overrated Criminoles, 95 out of 100 times.
Stanford beat San Jose State, a WAC powerhouse, 37-0. I don't think I'm going out on a limb by saying that the WAC is superior to the ACC and equal to, if not better than, the SEC, team for team.

SC's only loss is to Stanford, a team that, after they beat #1 Cal in December, will be a legitimate BCS Bowl contender.Mr T wrote:The fact that USC is still ranked in the top 10 is a fucking disgrace.
UCLA, Oregon, ASU, or Stanford could beat any team in the ACC?Mikey wrote: "The Tree" as you call them, has lost 3 games this season. All 3 losses were to PAC10 teams, any of which (including Stanford) would bury any ACC team, especially the always overrated Criminoles, 95 out of 100 times.
Oregon could beat any team in the ACC. The rest would be lucky to beat Duke.
A wac powerhouse? 3-3? One winning season since 2001. Yeah powerhouse....Stanford beat San Jose State, a WAC powerhouse, 37-0.
I will just let this speak for itselfI don't think I'm going out on a limb by saying that the WAC is superior to the ACC and equal to, if not better than, the SEC, team for team.
The trees are 2-3. Beat a shitty San Jose St squad and upset USC. And they deserved to be ranked?

Your fatuousness is once again greatly appreciated.
No need to hurry BTW...I'll wait while you look it up.

You're entitled to one free recipe. Nothing to do with baking, though.

Im not sure you can point at Carroll as the blame other than him choosing to keep Seto on staff instead of Mark Carrier or keeping Booty in after he broke his finger and started tossing up ints.
However, since Chow has left, how many titles has USC won? how many times have they come out in the second half and shown that the adjustments they made were the right ones? The coaching staff has progressively gotten worse every year since 2004 yet the team has got more and more talented 5 star players.
This Trojan team doesnt have a single quality win and they have looked horrible in 3 of their 5 games, they are what they are, an over rated group of players who will likely wind up 8-4 and play in the emerald nut bowl

Adel,
Did you try my hot wing sauce? I thought I posted a link to it for you.
edit: Yeah I thought I did. No reason for your wings to suck.
As for Mikey....
Makes his post AFTER the "upset" win...CHECK!
VERRRY homer with the post....CHECK!
Claims victories over shit teams are justified because losses are to powerful PAC teams...CHECK!
Concludes with an "SEC bias" line...CHECK!
trixie resets will never get old.
Sin,

BTW, anybody who "knows" CFB (as everybody around here seems to think they do) would have known from this, if not from the first line of my first post, that I couldn't possibly be serious.

If Stanford is the undisputed #1, it causes some problems.
Oregon pushed Furd's stool in, in their own house.
If Furd is #1, that would make Oregon #0.5 .
And I refuse to deal with fractional rankings.
UCLA - 45
Stanford - 17
At Stanford.
We want in.
