How many times did she disobey and stuggle against such lawful orders?
In that scenario, at some point something bad will happen to you.

The officer did take a pretty healthy 'swing' at her with his right arm just past the midway point of the clip.

He momentarily lost it, IMO.
I suspect he heard something about that.

But this chick deserved to be sprayed.
The police officer IS the law.
Obey, and then later have your day in court if you want.

Well this officer is a lunatic. He's manhandling this 15 year old child like she's an armed robber. There is no excuse for that level of exsessive force to be used. And all the girl is doing is breaking a curfew. He should have just walked the girl to her home and then spoke with her parents. A simple warning would have worked. Instead he ended up twisting her arms all up and spraying her in the face. This is a child. How very sad.
