Indeed...BC and South Florida stay unbeaten today and the one-loss club gets bigger. The Bucks are the leaders in the clubhouse with the Beavers giving Cal a nice fight right now.
We need a 16+ team playoff so all these upsets don't have to mean anything.

Even the biggest playoff honk like myself wouldn't want to see games like this and the Stanford-USC game to be cheapened. We'll see what happens at the end of this year and if we see unbeaten teams like South Florida and BC get passed over for a one-loss USC or LSU...that's where I'll raise hell. If we have two definitive #1 and #2 teams at the end of the year...I pack away the playoff argument. If we end up with an ass load of one loss teams...how else are going to seperate the herd than with a playoff? The BCS has to pray for 2 unbeaten teams when the dust settles because this could become a mess in the weeks to come.

The BCS is so inherently flawed, it's disgusting. It has to hope, and pray, and beg, that all sorts of shit happens in order for its precious little system to work out.
