Just back from Norman and a very good football game. If that game is in Columbia, the Tigers win. At a neutral site, it's a toss-up. I know Missouri fan is disappointed to lose but you certainly should be proud of your team. Daniel put on a clinic the likes of which I haven't seen at Owen Field since Donovan McNabb circa 1997. The Sooners couldn't really establish the running game but Sam Bradford continues to amaze. The OU defense actually played about as well as it could and did a good job of pressuring Daniel and forcing turnovers. No one is going to shut down that offense this year.
I think Oklahoma is close to putting it together and becoming an elite team. If they can quit playing like retarded assclowns on special teams and take care of the ball, they could run the table and sneak into New Orleans. Tech and Zero State will be tough.
Anyway, congrats and props to Missouri for a strong showing. Best of luck the rest of the year. Here's to a rematch in SA.
Great Game, Mizzou!

Honestly, i know Mu defense was playing the run tough, but i was suprised Stoops didnt stay with it in first half. He did in 2nd and once they got the big fumble for a td, they ran the game out. All downhill running to run the clock out.
i wasnt pissed at all with the loss. i had no complaints, no bitches, they played hard. when your offense is based around gimmicky shit, your going to have poor turnovers. I expected them to get bit in the ass eventually with the gimiick plays. Running the halfback pass to short side was a joke. But they had set that play up all season to use, so i wasnt real pissed.
OU is a real good team. This was a measuring stick, and they didnt measure up, they are getting closer, but still have room to improve before they consider themselves one of top teams in Big12.
Their goal thsi year was to run the ball more. As you seen, you cant teach an old dog new tricks, they will never commit to the run. You have a possible stud RB and you give him the ball 3 times? You ruin his redshirt for 2-3 touches a game, poor coaching.
Hopefully they rematch, i might skip the KST game to go to San Antonio, yet a lot of tough games left for them.
Good luck to OU. i havent looked at their schedule, but i assume it is a lot easier after the tejas,Cu, and MU games. Especially if the have Nebraska on the schedule!

Not a bad effort by a "2nd tier" program, afterall.
But I'd have much rather won the fucking game than have to endure the "nice game, better luck next time" Chinese water torture drill. Been there, done that, the pics sucked.
I've pretty much concluded that no matter how much you OU fans would like to seem niiice, you're all sadists at heart.
