Steve,
It's a slow process. However, I am down about 40 lbs from my college playing weight. Still leaves a ways to go though. I would bet we could put together a pretty good OL from this board, especially if anyone could find Shaz.
Yeah, it was way the hell up there. Level 9 on the elevator, but hey we were still two levels below the print media and the coaches booths. Nice job by ATM hosting a HS game too. While the didn't use much of the scoreboard or video board, they did have official stats that they brought to us after the end of each quarter. They also had three tvs in the radio booth so we of course had them on the different title games. Much of the stadium has a new feel to it, but there are parts that really need help and need to be renovated. The press box is one of these that looks and feels old. The new locker rooms are also great, but sadly they didn't have them open for the HS teams. Instead they put them in the old locker rooms on the 50 on each side of the stadium.
The guy in the OU gear is our sideline reporter. He moved to Sugar Land about 6 months ago from Norman, goes by the name of Brian. I thought the borrowed Texas gear and he in the OU gear would get more of a rise, but no one said a word. I did get a comment on the RICE hat though. And the pic in the locker room with Fran, the team, and my middle finger is for my wife. I would guess that Indy might have the same feelings about him as she does.
Skull,
We are broadcasting our local HS team. They are into the 4th round of the playoffs and have a decent shot at a state title in 4A. They beat an up and coming Austin LBJ team last week. Listen next week and let me know what you think. Hell, you can go back and listen to the last few weeks on our web site
