GV-NWMST game will be on ESPN2 HD

VSU-CUP will be on ESPNU at like 11 am

Go NWMST and VSU!

BTW, GV is pissed. #1 in the Country and Undefeated, they have to travel to NWMST who has one loss.

8:00 local start...that'll be different. How's the weather been down in Missouri?

Different cast of characters from last year. Iciek takes off right where Finnerty left off. Solid passer that doesn't turn the ball over much and can move when he's pressured. Just a sophomore...he's only going to get better.

Horn is the main weapon...he's the leading receiver and returns kicks. He's a transfer from Northwestern. Trent is the leading receiver of those coming back from the last year's team. Smolen is a nice duel threat in the air but also is the second leading rusher on the team. The main running back Berezik is a freshman and is averaging right around 90-100 yards a game. It's the typical GVSU team...balanced offense and solid defense. Very experienced defense with 7 seniors and 2 juniors in the starting lineup.

Should be a good one...best of luck to your guys!

Cal U Penn has been covered with snow.

VSU-CUP 11AM on ESPNU

The Bearcats have a stronger SoS, thus GVS having to play on the road. NW bitchslapped Chadron State last week, which was a bit of a surprise.

Btw, does GVS travel by bus? If so, good luck driving thru a freaking ice storm. Assuming they make it on time, they'll be totally stressed and worn out from that road trip. That sucks for them, and it's going to be an even looonger ride back home after getting punked (crosses fingers) by NW.

Say goodbye to that 40 game winning streak, beyotches. Methinks they'll be even more pissed afterwards.
I hate sigs. But I lost a stupid fucking bet because a KC Paul lookalike and his sorry ass team were inferior to the greatness that is the Pittsburg Steelers.

I know that e. If they had any sense, they beat the weather, arrived last night, and are well rested. Wait... I doubt they have a motel large enough in da'ville to hold such a contingent.

They probably spent the night in St. Joe.

I don't think I ever mentioned this, but my brother actually holds a degree from NW and even taught there for awhile. I've spent many a day up there visiting, and my mom damn near bought a house there when she wanted to get me out of the old North East KC 'hood.

They recruited my daughter pretty hard for softball, but she said she didn't want to go to a "party school", which I guess they must have that reputation.

Nice town, Maryville.

One thing that probably messed up GVSU's SoS was having their game at Ashland cancelled and they never made it up.

90 minutes to kickoff...

Weather isn't too poor that teams won't be able to pass. If it deteriorates though, gonna be concerned with containing Omon.

Nice stop by the Bearcats but still good to get the first points on a long drive.

Your boys better hang onto the ball...I've seen the Lakers try several times to rip it out. It worked once already.

NW had best stop missing open field tackles and not start anymore plays 5 yards deep in the backfield.

I'd also find that TE more often.

Kind of ironic with App State will be playing a team wearing blue and yellow with a winged helmet in the national title game...

Didnt think of that.

Atleast that game will be shown on a normal station.

AppSt looking to do what only one other scholarship football team has done. Win three in a row. UNA is the only team to do it, 93-95.

GV also trying to three-peat

Rack the ESPN crew for bringing that game into my nice warm living room.
