me and some buds of mine are implementing a new drinking game for tonights contest...
rules are simple, every time the announcers reference the 1972 Dolphins as the only undefeated team or show any former member of that team with concerned looks as they watch the Patsies eclipse their record, you have to take a shot of Jager.....I figure to be fukkin greased by about 10 minutes into the first quarter.....

If it means that Shula is one step closer to an aneurysm, I'm all for it.

I've already heard -from my pathetic Dolfan friends-the tired litany of "reasons" why the record for the '72 Dolphins "means more" and "was more of a true" challenge.

Gimme a frigging break.

I really don't like the Pats and their bandwagon WNY fans*, but I've had to listen to the droning of the "Aqua-and-Orange" retards for decades. Hell, a good chunk of 'em aren't even really fans of the Dolphins as much as haters of the Bills.

*in the almost 25 years that I've lived in western NY, I literally so NO ONE sporting Patriots gear until 2002. The Pats fans in this area are bandwagon fucks, pure and simple.
