What's up with the offense this week?

Post by Mook »

4 points in a half for Savannah St. on one three point bucket and a free throw?

20 points in a game for St. Louis........who I happened to pick in pick 'em this weekend?

What the hell is going on? I'm guessing a team could better these numbers if they took nothing but half-court shots all game. I guarantee five of us could get 3 buckets in a half......what the hell was Sav. State doing? It wasn't like KSU was balls to the wall with a 50 point lead. I just find these results unbelievable and am so very happy I didn't have to watch whatever it was they were calling basketball on those nights!

When you flip on Sportscenter and the lead story is the George Washington/St. Louis game you know something of historic proportions took place!!!
"Our staff is going to ensure that anyone who attends this University and wears the Indiana uniform will make this privilege among their highest priorities and not treat the opportunity as an entitlement,'' Crean said in a statement. "We fully expect our student-athletes to accept the responsibilities academically, athletically and socially that come with representing one of the top programs in college basketball history."

Iowa 43, Michigan State 36...thank you BTN for not subjecting us to that one.

^I did not get to watch that game, but I almost threw up a little when I saw the final score. What an abortion of a game that must've been.

Oh well. There's some solace in the fact that State will throttle Michigan by about 30.

And I didn't get to watch Mizzou thump Tejas 97-84, but I got wood when I heard about it.

Tigers shot like 70% from the field.

Gayhawks at Mizzou Arena this Saturday in PrimeTime. I damn sure won't miss that. I hope KU remains undefeated until then.

War Corey Tate!
