He'll go play a couple of years in the CFL or Arena League like Ricky Williams and then apply for reinstatement.

Ricky burned some weed.

Pacman got people paralyzed.

Not quite the same thing.

In the real world, you're right. In professional sports, however, it's worse to burn the hippie lettuce than it is to kill someone. Leonard Little out front should have told you.

Depends on whether you're sharing your blunts or not.

Edit: and of course the origins of your stash.

Love the title:

ESPN and their gang of scholars.

Totally agree...Pacman is more in the league of a Lawrence Phillips. Potheads are harmless in the grand scheme of things.

I'm speaking in general...smoking weed / being involved in a shooting...not the same thing. I was just agreeing with Dins.

Ricky has gotten second chances as a pothead but he hasn't gotten himself totally clean and the only person he's hurting is himself. Pacman may never get a second chance if he continues to get involved in shit at strip clubs while he's away from the game. He's more likely to end up in jail than end up on the field. Pot can get you in jail too but the only person being harmed in that case is pothead. It's differing degrees of wrong.
