B) You DO realize that the US government overthrew Irans democratically-elected government in 1953 and installed a dictatorship, right?

Trev is so pathetically ignorant, it's a sad commentary on this country.

The whole ball of wax got rolling in the Middle East when the US decided to oust the leaders of other countries to gain an economic advantage. It was without question a miserable, and quite costly mistake.

So the modern solution to the problem it created?

Why of course -- oust more Middle Eastern governments.

"Insanity" is repeating the same mistake over and over and expecting a different result the next time.

Yeah, but hypothetically, if your husband died in a freak accident, and you met somebody on a cruise ship, say -- 5~10 years in the future -- and he says, "I'm from Israel." What would that mean to you? Btw, it's "said my piece," though the irony of the Middle East and peace ... nevermind.

Thoughts?

But I'm feeling charitable, and since I started this thread...

Dude, which part of being a lame duck President don't you get?

Whatever he said was irrelevant and meaningless. You actually listened?

Maybe you should have listened more closely to Governor Sebelius.

Although she looked like a wooden palaver in her delivery, what she said actually carried some meaning. Ok, I just got banned from Tigerboard.com forever for saying that about some kunt from Kansas, but RACK that bitch.

I especially liked her line when she said that America's "greatest generation" was ahead of us. Because I damn sure know that you, I, and Dims aren't a member of that class.

The really sad part is, our President wasn't trolling, or so we're led to believe.

Stop Global Warming? Yeaahh! Clap! Clap! Clap!

The surge is working? Yeaahh! Clap! Clap! Clap!

We need to fund our troops! Yeaahh! Clap! Clap! Clap!

Securing the border is complicated, but pretty important! Yeaahh! Clap! Clap! Clap!

God bless America.

I remember when Bush's Dad appointed himself the "Education President."
Later, in a speech, he became the "Environmental President."
I think toward the end, he was claiming to be "The World's Strongest Man President."

As for Dubya, I'm still waiting on my report from the guy in India. He said he'll send it as soon as my check clears for the $8 bucks.

A tard loves post total smack for some odd reason.

Isn't it ALWAYS true when a tard goes there, it inevitably goes beyond its capabilities... like spelling?

Before you sober up enough to find the keyboard... or a tree or ten, you might want to spell "rigor mortis" correctly.

Actually, Western countries like Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany led the way. For us, it really got hot after WWI with the breakup of the Ottoman Empire. Then of course after WWII BRITISH Petroleum didn't like what they were seeing so the BRITISH concocted a plan and enlisted U.S. help.

Let's not pretend this is solely a U.S. initiated problem. What's really to blame is the consumption of petroluem based products, the need for petroleum for fuel and basically -- anyone who uses oil or something made from oil.

Nice delivery though.

That's not necessarily true. There is the possibility that a worse President will come along at some time in the future.

BTW: My personal choice for Worst President Ever is still Grant. That brain dead fucktard undid all the gains his troops paid for in blood in a mere 8 years.

For some reason I'm now thinking of this scene from "Back to the Future".
[Dr. Emmett Brown is doubting Marty McFly's story about that he is from the future]
Dr. Emmett Brown: Then tell me, "Future Boy", who's President in the United States in 1985?
Marty McFly: Ronald Reagan.
Dr. Emmett Brown: Ronald Reagan? The actor?
[chuckles in disbelief]
Dr. Emmett Brown: Then who's VICE-President? Jerry Lewis?
[later he rushes outside, down a hill and toward his laboratory]
Dr. Emmett Brown: I suppose Jane Wyman is the First Lady!
Marty McFly: [following Doc] Whoa! Wait! Doc!
Dr. Emmett Brown: And J.ack Benny, the Secretary of the Treasury.
Marty McFly: [outside the lab door] Doc, You gotta listen to me.
Dr. Emmett Brown: [opens the door to the lab] I've had enough practical jokes for one evening. Good night, Future Boy!
[closes the door leaving Marty outside]
The moral? Never doubt the capacity of the American people to elect some wet brained fucktard worse than the last one.
