It's about the Philadelphia Parking Authority and follows, ticket writers, booters, towers and impound lot workers. It's a show about making people melt and I hate to say it, but it is pretty funny sometimes. You'll be happy to know that ignorant nogs make up a good percentage of the melters, but dumb white bitch makes a pretty good showing.

Unlike most "reality" shows, the shit you might see on that show is not dramatized. Haven't watched the show but had my run in with the PA a few times.. the dumbest and I mean the fucking dumbest fucking gov't employees get hired for the PA.

I refuse to pay for some parking tickets out of spite.
