Upset City

I certainly got my money's worth and them some at the regional in Tampa yesterday. 4 great games with 2 being won on last second OT shots. All 4 double digit seeds winning. 2 teams blowing 18 point leads. The George Costanza (chucker) game with Drake and WKU was worth the price of admission alone.

It sucked watching UConn lose, but San Diego deserved to win that game. The Siena-Villanova game should be a good one. A good deal of quickness with those teams.

RACK you for going...on paper, that didn't look like the most entertaining site you could go to but you were rewarded big time.

picking against puke is the easiest selection in the bracket. give 'em one win (at the most), anything after that they're done. coach k is such a genius? why hasn't he figured out that slow guards, an overmatched front court and a philosophy that relies on the three point shot won't get you anywhere? oh, right. they went to the wire with NC in the final regular season game.

FUCK CROWN/SISSYROO, one big pussy, two equally horrible teams.

WVU is a good team. They certainly looked like the wanted to out physical and intimidate Duke and that is exactly what they did in the second half.

sounds like a good time. my plans to hit the Denver regional this weekend got a little shot. though, no great loss on Thursday. still would have liked to go.

my pops was at the OKC Regional the year/scene of the Bryce Drew famous shot--all the sessions. that region had all the games decided on last second shots, or something. Tampa was even better.

Yesterday was almost kind of a letdown, especially after what happened on Friday. Villanova's Scottie Reynolds is a great player. I don't think they have enjoy to get past Kansas, but they will give them a game. UCLA got their wake up call the other night and they should roll WKU.
