I wouldn't exactly call 4 sentences as "being all over it," but Rupert Murdock editors are pretty much trained to sniff out any story with the word "anus" in it, no matter how small.

I've had three surgeries since 2003 (I'm a mess...I know ) and all three times, at two different hospitals, they handed ME the Sharpie and asked ME to put a big "X" on the body part they would be operating on. Not really sure how hospitals can continually fuck this up, as there's an easy $.50 fix for the problem.
