Fat Paul could have done all that damage just by breaking wind.
Whitey on the other hand is most likely grateful. Although a stiff breeze could have him fluttering away like a dry leaf, counting this tornado he might have just been blown for the first time in quite a while.
Tornado sirens went off twice Thursday night, but nothing showed.
Then another round rolled in around 2:00 am Friday morning yet no sirens this time, so I slept right thru it. Mainly hit to the south of us about 4 miles. Gladstone got hammered pretty good. Mother in law lives there so we drove down to see if she had any damage. Roads closed every way you turned due to downed power lines and trees. Had a good size tree that barely missed her house and car.
A few blocks to the north some homes and businesses got torn up, one of them being Margarita's restaraunt and right next door a pawn shop had their shit blown halfway to Liberty.
Wags trailer still firmly upon it's cinder blocks, but tornado season is just begun. I keep getting lucky, knock on wood.
