Sorry, I have better things to do than get hammered on Beast Light and watch the sky to see anything "remotely cool."

Some people come here to smack others, Wolfman. Others don't...which is fine too. Just don't get your Depends all twisted up when it happens, because you were warned.

BTW - are you any relation to this guy?

This is very cool stuff indeed Wolfman. Thanks for posting it. If people are with it they won't miss out on the grander of mother nature. I plan to drag the kids off the tv and computer to get out and take a look at the sky on both the 4th and 5th. Our neighborhood traditionally has it's own little fireworks show on the 4th after dusk so it should be perfect to combine the events. The really great spectacle is on the 10th of July though. That's a week from today. Saturn and Mars converging for their closest position in 14 years. Don't miss out on these things because you only live once.

Have a great 4th of July everyone!

Today is the first day in the last several days that your bullshit is starting to clear out of here. Funny weather pattern that gets the haze this far away. We usually just have to deal with our own, and those usually don't get too bad for another month or so.

But I can actually see the hills between me and downtown today. They've been invisiblem the last few days.

I know you are, and so am I.

Welcome to Maryland.

Wolfman,
Thanks for the heads-up. Unfortunately, the 4th was overcast and rainy 'round here.
