For those of you who aren't aware of the man, here's a clip of some of his very fine work covering the Ball State Cardinals. And for those who have seen this, a refresher will do you good.

Sucks for him, because he can hear everyone laughing at him.
“You may all go to hell and I will go to Texas”
Re: Brian Collins lands a job
that clip will never be not funny.
rack these:
"and hes looking good"
"and hes passing it to the man"
"boom goes the dynamite"

Re: Brian Collins lands a job
That is so painful to listen to...had to kill it after about 10 seconds.
Re: Brian Collins lands a job
you dont have a sick sense of humor.
the best part is when there is a box score and dead air then his mug shows up again confused with ears flaring and flailing. watch the whole thing shoalzie. best four minutes since . well . just watch it bro

I watched the clip again and laffed pretty hard.
Douchebag Brian Collins fucked that up royally.
At least he's not A.P.

I sucked it up and played through about 90 seconds minutes of it before I couldn't take it anymore...that poor bastard. Either dude is illiterate or way over his head. That looks like everyone's worst nightmare when you were in school and you had to give a presentation in front of the class and all you do is stammer and studder and look like a giant ass. Whoever was his broadcasting teacher in college should be beaten within an inch of their life...assuming he actually "studied" broadcasting in school. He has less personality and charisma than Tim Calhoun.
Re: Brian Collins lands a job
If you didn't make it to "boom goes the dynomite", you did yourself a disservice.
My first watch I felt bad for the guy, but on second watch its just funny when you pick up the little subtleties he throws in there. Actually, on re-watch I think the funniest part is when he realizes he's fucked 15 seconds in, and whispers "oh no" .

I had to go back and watch the Pacers-Nets highlights...two words for him, "shot sheet". Talk about something you'll never be able to live down.

My two favorite parts:
1. When he looks to his right and whispers "I'm so sorry"
2. Reggie Miller's looking good

"...which left them one game behind the Chicago"
"Wayne Summers"
"Hack'em Warrick"
The whispered thoughts, the "Oh no" ... all classic.
There are too many screw-ups to keep track of in that one. SNL couldn't do a better skit. He debinitely belongs on Fox News.
