You talkin' to me? Nope, not me. There's probably a million people who lay claim to that handle, BTW.

Ok thanks. I was just wondering.MgoBlue-LightSpecial wrote:You talkin' to me? Nope, not me. There's probably a million people who lay claim to that handle, BTW.
A million people?? Gaux.
FIGHT ON!
Re: MgoBlue??
In Mgo's defense, you have to be one ignorant tard to get your comment or email run on any one of ESPN's "interactive shows." You know, witty and insightful shit like "Does OSU stand a chance against USC without Chris Wells? -- Shit-stained Pantload in Mission Viejo, Southern California." I'm sure he's slightly above that.

Fresno's big win over Rutgers isn't looking quite as impressive right now. Schiano's boys are getting whacked at home by NC in a game that became kind of a "must win" after the Fresno loss. But at Fresno I still think the bulldogs have a solid shot at pulling this one off. Wiscy better bring their A-game.

Re: MgoBlue??
The question is, at what point does Schiano's stock start falling? He can't let this season spiral out of control, especially in what looks to be a down Big East. Rutgers was supposed to be good on offense this year despite the loss of Rice. I know UNC is an improved team but getting blown out at home by the Heels on national TV is unacceptable.

Re: MgoBlue??
Knowing Pat Hill, he'll probably talk that win up like he just beat USC. He always does this every time he beats a shit major conference team (if you consider the Big East a major conference).Danimal wrote:Fresno's big win over Rutgers isn't looking quite as impressive right now. Re: MgoBlue??
OU fan can say what they will but the fact is John Blake is nails on defense. Even when we were the suck (sup freshman and sophomore years) our defense was something to be reckoned with (with the exception of the Corn rollers).
Man was just never meant to be a HC. He kills opposing Offenses though and can recruit like no other... no comment on his placement of said recruits as far as position goes but that's what Butch is there for.
Fact of the matter is that everywhere he has been put in charge of a defense he has been successful; including The crimson and cream.
I'm probably the .001% of Sooners that respect his skill level when it comes to the D. Butch Davis made a good hire when he saved him from the impending doom that was known as the Callahan administration in Lincoln. I hope he doesn't pull Gabe Lynn out of Jenks because he will make something of the kid rather than OU doing so.

Blake isn't actually the DC, he is still the same D-line coach/recruiting ace he was at Neb, granted now he has the "associate head coach" moniker which doesn't usually mean much. It was kind of a kick in the balls when he jumped to NC and didn't even get a coordinator promotion to do it. Maybe he just liked Davis better, maybe he saw some shit coming, I don't know. In retrospect I can't really blame him for bolting. Though if he had stayed I think Bo probably would've kept him. He was shit as a HC but is a hell of a guy to have on-staff.
I know he working Gabe Lynn damn hard, hope Lynn's brother Dillard can talk him into being a 'sker.

Evridge threw for 300 yards last week and Beckum’s back this week. Fresno needs to get ahead early and keep the crowd in the game. No reason why Wisconsin doesn’t win this game comfortably if they bring their A game, or even their B+ game. They need a win here before they start in on the Big 10 meatgrinder.Adelpiero wrote:fresno has a great shot to win
