Of these 5 - I'd rate the Tunas as having the best chance to elevate themselves from the bowels of mediocrity only beacuse they have a proven management team that can head them in the right direction.

Somehow it just seems wrong not to have the Raiders on this list. And I have a feeling that by the end of the year they will have played their way onto the bottom 5 list.
