WF turned the rock over six times, hard to win when you do that. Grobe also made a questionable decision and punted in the second-half on 4th and 1 at midfield. Against a VaTech I can see punting but against Navy's undersized D you should be able to grind-out a yard. But at-least it was a noncon.
