Looks like mainly some changes in colors. It is a little bit more square like. The biggest difference is the colors. They tend to be darker blues.

More than likely a theme slated for the release of IE7.

I should have a copy in a few months, I'll let ya know if that's where it is coming from. It's a little early for Longhorn.
