450 for 40 minutes!!!???
Sure thats not 350? Hell man, I do a boneless pork loin roast for 45minutes at 350.
Sounds like a recipe for shoe leather coated in crumbs and 3rd rate seasoning.

A nice healthy, easy way to make pork tenderloins is to take the loin and hammer it thin with a meat tenderizer. I use the flat side of the mallet. Put the tenderloin between plastic wrap to keep it from splattering the juice everywhere.
Then dredge the tenderloin in some slightly beaten egg whites and then to the breading. I like to use a product called Oven Bake. It is tasty and quick. Gives a nice crunch too. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Comes out like it was fried with hardly any fat. Throw that tenderloin on a toasted bun with brown mustard, lettuce and tomato. Damn good eats.
