Wow. My best one yet. The difference this year was that I brined it overnight in some salt water with a little cayenne pepper thrown in. On top of that, I switched injector juice to a jalapeno-butter seasoning rather than the garlic seasoning that I normally use.
If you've never had fried turkey, I highly recommend you find someone who goes through the process or try and do it yourself, because its fucking good.

I've just learned the technique in the last year.
Definitely best results have been taking it out at around 165-167 degrees, and it continues to heat up to 170 outside of the fryer.
Just an excellent way to cook a turkey, although I believe IF says he puts it in the smoker for a while first... which sounds fucking outstanding, and will be investigated sooner or later.

I got 99 problems but the 'vid ain't one
