Take a look at Pinnacle12. It looks like an affordable, complete package. I have downloaded a free 30 day trial of an older version, but my schedule hasn't allowed me to play director with it yet.
Here is a link to their site comparing the various versions. The top version is 130 bucks and has quite a lot of features explained in this link.
