Ok, ordered some scallops from my buddy for Xmas weekend, plus i had a few relatives who wanted some. So i order 4lbs of the Sea Scallops, U-10's, same kinda i ordered for aTm game last year. And, getting them for under $8 a pound also sweetened the pot. So i end up getting stuck with 4lbs of scallops, so i decided to use 1lb n half and throw rest away, not letting these things stink up my refridge, like last time. The fucking odor, finds it way through sealed foil,zip lock bags, etc.
1 1/2 lbs sea scallops u-10's
butter
garlic
Bacon pieces
Lemon juice
Seasoning salt
Cajun Seasoning
Splash of Soy Sauce
