It's actually a good product.
The problem with it is price, replaceable battery an fucking iTunes (although there's a way around iTunes).

The Sandisk Sansa kicks ass, though.

I guess I've been lucky with my Zune. It's far outlived its warranty with zero probs. Got 5,000-some songs on there, pics, etc. Nice.
