My understanding was the (!) was to be used in cases of nudity and/or porn. The pic I posted displayed neither. In fact, many a female Olympics volleyball picture is every bit as "pornographic" as the pic I posted. Swimming and diving too, plus those synchronized swimming whores.
These days a bit of bared ass flesh is considered neither nudity nor porn.
