Todd... Todd... Todd

sigh...

Carl Perkins and best R&R song ever, don't go together. No matter how fundamental you think "Honey Don't" is... I want Honey DO... as in, take your fucking clothes off.

That's the purpose of Rock and Roll. How many women have taken their clothes off to Honey Don't? Not many.

Here's something you don't hear everyday, but I guarantee more hot bitches have grooved to this.

Of course, I'm assuming you have and still want to get laid someday. That may be a bad assumption. Hell, no wonder you want to kill yourself.

"vRoller, von Apvril Vine!"....!!!

April Wine had some thinking man's rock songs: I like to rock, ladies man, too hot to handle, get ready for love, etc. wide range of thematic stuff.

though, one of the all time great rock lyrics is:

"we get high on rock and roll, journey to the stars, rock and roll guitars...yeah, i like to rock, some like it hot baby, I like it if you like it".

the latter is my fave, "i like it if you like it" is ultimate get laid sentiment...

edit: oh, and they give you day tripper at the end. classic meathead.

i'll go with Elvis Presley "Little Sister". killer riff, perversion and the danger of underage taboo. plus the "been there, done that" with the older sister, implied.

I always thought April Wine needed a couple more guitar players.

But let's all take a moment to mourn the death of the ever-rad permed mullet, aka the "canadian passport."

I could give you about 20 songs by the Stones that are better "rock and roll" songs than that load of panty mud.

And I don't even like Mick and the boyz all that much.
