We apparently just spent $81 Billion on "Protecting the vulnerable." Please, try to find out just what the fuck that is.

I think that might be taxpayer monies protecting the fucking morons who gave 450K for a 200K house ('sup Florida, Cali, East Coast) that now has a market value of 150K. I heard they are loosening refinances so fucktards can get their payments lowered so they can stay in the homes instead of getting foreclosed on. Mortgage monthly payments have always gone by a pretty simple rule of thumb. You can afford 25% of your net income. Anything more than that you get into, or are allowed to get into, makes you and the lender a dumbfuck.

So now we've got people and lenders who've bought into mortgages leveraged at upwards of 40% of net monthly income... and these fucks need a bailout... on my dime?
