I caught part of that Angels-A's game that night and he pitched pretty well. Not to make light of the tragedy but the Angels were already short on starting pitcher without Lackey, Escobar and Santana.
My condolences to Adenhart's family and the family of the other two victims...I hope that coward in the mini-van gets the book thrown at them.

RJ, does this mean the Angels will only win 150 games this year?

With this promising young arm silenced, they'll be lucky to see 125.IndyFrisco wrote:RJ, does this mean the Angels will only win 150 games this year?
Fukk that drunk POS. I got stuck behind some old drunk on the way home from work the other day. Dude was driving his pickup about 30 mph and swerving from almost completely over the line to almost completely in the ditch. Unfortunately, it was the only day in memory that I didn't pass at least a few south windsor cops on the ride home. Unfortunately, I left my cell phone home, so I could not call 911 and rat his ass out.

I didn't see in the article that he was DUI. Was he? If so, rack the light pole who hit paydirt.
edit: never mind. I saw somewhere else the driver of the minivan was drunk.

Here's the POS who had a previous DUI and had a suspended license.

Indy--It's probably easy to jump to conclusions on an athlete drinking and driving with the recent incident with Stallworth but it was this other idiot's fault. Adenhart and those 2 others were very incident victims. It doesn't really matter that a Major Leaguer was killed...it's just another sad story of someone's irresponsibility putting other people's lives at risk. No mercy towards that piece of shit...especially with the prior violation.
