I'd say since they are Brady's body guards that yes he is responsible and should be suspended. Shooting at someone without provocation is attempted murde....end of story.
Of course nothing will happen to the NFL's golden boy.

While I hate the paparazzi, The Brady's were even worse in this situation. To think they are entitled to control anyone like this is pretty arrogant. Tom Brady has 2 boys about the same age, one he actually fathers, one he has little to do with. That tells you everything you need to know about his true character.
