It's another way of saying "no comment". Utterly and totally not newsworthy.

Have you any clue as to how completely desperate you dittochumps are looking?

A "no comment" is a no comment.

A "Gee, I don't know know jack fucking shit ... again" is not a no comment.

You voted for the dumbfuckingshit, yeah, but raise YOUR game and stop acting like a dumbfuckingshit.

I'm an independent, not a dittochump.

Nice whiff.

Won't be long before the bottom falls out on this assclown and his approval ratings sink verrah badly.

Take that to the bank.

Please outline in specific detail the continous steps taken over the last 8 years to "isolate" Chavez.
Top-secret documents from the CIA and State Department obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests showed the Bush administration had prior knowledge of and was complicit in the 2002 coup against Chavez and provided over $30 million in funding aid to opposition groups to help pull it off. Chavez was ousted for all of two days until the vast majority of the Venezuelan population reversed it.

The Bush Administration worked for years to have Venezuela declared a state sponsor of terror, which would have imposed numerous economic sanctions against the country. In 2006, the Bush Administration created a new classification in the war on terror and Venezuela is the only country listed-which is for not cooperating with the war on terrorism. Venezuela is now sanctioned and prohibited from buying arms that have been manufactured in the US or use US parts. The Bush administration can’t really explain what this new classification is, and why Venezuela in the only country accused under it. The official statement was "All the countries on the list are state sponsors of terrorism" even though the US has never classified Venezuela as a terrorist nation (although, as noted, the Bush White House tried numerous times).

In 2007 alone, the Bush White House participated in the following isolationist tactics against Chavez and the Venezuelan government; in November, the Bush White House conspired with Colombia to halt mediation efforts with the FARC-EP for the release of 45 hostages including three US contractors….they repeatedly denied Venezuela's extradition request for Luis Posada Carriles who's wanted for outstanding crimes in spite of a legally-binding extradition treaty between the countries dating since 1923 (which they subsequently rectified by finally sending Carriles back to Venezuela)….Condi Rice accused Chavez of "assaulting democracy in Venezuela and destroying his own country economically and politically"….National Intelligence Director John Negroponte accused Chavez of being "among the most stridently anti-American leaders anywhere in the world trying to undercut US influence in Venezuela, in the rest of Latin America, and elsewhere internationally”.

The Bush administration conducted diplomatic terrorism against the Chavez government, which included sanctions against Venezuela for stuff they simply made up....they claimed Venezuela is not collaborating on stopping drug trafficking, which is simply not true (as a US State Department report shows that from 1998 - 2005 Venezuela's drug seizures rose from 8.6 to 20.2 tons of cocaine and Venezuela was second only to Colombia in the total amount of drugs seized in South America). It also included another sanction....for trafficking in persons. But there's not a shred of evidence that the Venezuelan government is not doing everything in its power to prevent human trafficking.

In 2006, the government created a new classification in the war on terror and Venezuela is the only country listed -which is for not cooperating with the war on terrorism. Venezuela is now sanctioned and "prohibited from buying arms that have been manufactured in the US or use US parts. When pressed, the Bush administration can’t really explain what this new classification is, and why Venezuela in the only country accused under it. It can only say " All the countries on the list are state sponsors of terrorism" even though the US has never classified Venezuela as a terrorist nation (although they tried numerous times).

If that isn't isolationism, I'd like you to explain exactly what it is
Please cite, again in specific detail, the nature of this "unmitigated disaster."
He's gained enormous respect with anti-American countries such as Iran, giving him more credence than he rightly deserves....again, why antagonize the leader of the country that is our 4th leading oil supplier, even if you don't like the guy (apparently Bush doesn't like being called an asshole in public)....why are you so afraid of him? Last year, Venezuela spent about 3 billion dollars on defense, compared to our 600 to 700 billion spent on defense....what is it about Hugo Chavez that elicits such fear in the right....

I'm thinking it might be the letting Chavez return to power after the coup- although that was probably more the work of that other fucking dumb Chimpy Administration momback, Colin Powell.

Oh, and the Venezuelan people had next to nothing to do with returning Chavez to power- those who weren't indifferent to the coup were celebrating it. He was brought back on orders from the US State Dept.

of course it doesn't

the question still remains, why was the Bush Administration so terrified of Chavez that it was necessary for them to go to the lengths they did to try and undermine his presidency? Why did they feel the need to make shit up about him and Venezuela and do everything they could to perpetuate the idea that Venezuela was some sort of a terrorist state?

why the antagonistic approach? While they might not like his politics, he's pretty popular in his own country....just accept that fact, accord him a certain amount of respect, and move on-don't you think that would be in the United States best interest?

It's just my opinion that Obama is THE worst president of my lifetime.
Virtually every step of the way in his first 100+ days, he has taken the country the wrong direction.
Disasterous dumbfuckery.

How any working adult American can support this guy is a mystery to me.

A federal deficit of any amount ought to be a rarity.

The Bush deficit was atrocious.

But what Obama and his democratic buddies have done to the American people is off the charts brutality.

If Felix "understands what they are doing," he may as well paste an I SUCK DEMOCRATIC COCK sign on his forehead.

Good on him.

List of accomplishments so far:

Bankrupting the U.S. treasury for future generations.
I've said it before, we'll certainly get a lot more bang for our buck with Obama than we ever did with Bush
How's that? Other than lining the pockets of AIG execs and their banker buddy ilk, where's this "bang for the buck" coming from and when's it supposed to start? Before or after GM declares bankrupcy?
where was your outrage when Bush was lining the pockets of his buddies with his 700 billion dollar bailout just before he left office?
Bush approved a bill that a Democrat controlled Congress sent to his desk. In hindsight, that was foolish, but he didn't want the utter implosion of the economy to be his lasting legacy and he thought he was doing the right thing.

So even with the benefit of that hindsight, what does Obama do? Keeps right on doing what Bush did, multiplied many times.

But it's ok if Obama does it more than Bush because whatever Obama does = good and whatever Bush did = bad.

Do you not see why 90% of the posters here think you're a cunt?

Do you know why the"socialism" tag bounces off Obama so laughably? It's because the American working people actually want socialism and see nothing in the sort coming from Obama, despite the Wacky Right's lunatic howling.

Oh, ok.. :meds:

You are stunningly naive and ill-informed.

Like I told PSU, make your time. You've got about 18 months or so to roll in the slop before another conservative mandate gets stamped and delivered.

4 years of a liberal scum sucking Congress and then another 12 years of adult supervision once the pendulum swings back.

Seems fair enough to me. Enjoy your 15 minutes.

Missouri is backwards, and this coming from a potato farmer from Idaho?

You don't know shit about politics, spudly... or much of anything else. Your talking points come from Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, and Bill Mayer... while I seldom if ever watch or listen to Hannity, O'reilly, or Beck. I read and watch the news and make my judgements based off facts. If I watch anything, it's Jon Stewart and Colbert on Comedy Central. At least they make me laugh.

If my talking points resemble those of Hannity, he's stealing my takes... or maybe he just has more common sense than a half baked potato.

Felix, it is my understanding that Obama is a constitutional lawyer.

He's been in office now for just a little over 100 days and at every turn he has BLATANTLY shit all over the U.S. Constitution.

What is that all about??

You support that?

Other than a person being on heavy pharmaceuticals, I can see no logical reason why they would want to support such lawlessness from their ... ??leader??

He has no regard for the people.

No regard for you.

Let that sink in.

The role and limits of the federal government are spelled out in the Constitution.

I'm assuming you can provide examples of this

The role and limits of the federal government are spelled out in the Constitution.

Wakey.
what is it that you think he's trying to do? Do you actually think he's trying to harm this country on purpose? That would indicate that he's got a specific agenda and I'd like to hear what you think that agenda is. Do you think he's a socialist? Do you think he's a communist? Do you think he's a Marxist?

do you think he's marching toward a dictatorship?
get out, get out while there's still time

Felix, the president's unconstitutional actions are numerous and you can do your own research into.
It's not difficult.

Was anyone given a realistic amount of time to READ the "stimulus" bill before being called to vote on it?
No.

It was an ... *EMERGENCY*

lol

The bill appropriates money to states, but requires states to comply with federal demands in order to receive the money.
Some of the demands of the fed violate STATE constitutions.

D'OH!!

Government ownership (nationalization) of U.S. banks is blatantly unconstitutional.
And on and on it goes, really ...

Look, as mvscal said, B.O. is all about consolidating his own power at the expense of the taxpayers ... at the expense of YOU.

The fact that you can't get enough bangs of his mushroom to the back of your throat isn't too damn funnay or anything.

You dope.
