I discovered this morning that Oregon and NJ have something in common this morning. They are the only two states in the union that don't think their drivers are bright enough to pump their own gas.
Other than that, not much in common. Oregon smells much nicer and I got all the way across the state without paying a toll.

Those driving cages aren't smart enough. The attendants are smart enough to let us riders pump our own.smackaholic wrote:I discovered this morning that Oregon and NJ have something in common this morning. Yeah, the first time I filled up in OR, there was a group of canuck classic car club group passing through. 2 old dudes in very very nice '57 chebbies were fueling up on the other island. I asked pump jockey dude why he was letting them pump their own. He just laughed and said, yeah, he'd do the same if it was his rig. Right behind them a very very very nice late 60s rig that looked an aweful lot like a chevelle rolled up to the pumps. But it said beaumont on it. It had BC plates. I suppose beaumont is canuck for chevelle. Who the fukk was the marketing genius to come up with that name?

Something tells me that meth addicts pumping gas would ensure plenty of bidness for the local burn units.Dinsdale wrote:Meth addicts need jobs too, you know.
Even with meth dude pumping it, it was still cheaper than cali gas. I thought it was expensive it Ct.
