Tedy Bruschi to retire on Monday

Post by Paul »

Just saw this news on the bottom line crawl on ESPN.....damn good LB who left it ALL out on the field. Props to Tedy for a great career and being able to go out on his owns terms- most NFL players don't get to do that.

And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voice mail, just have it as your telephone number. That's it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye."

Great career. Major props for coming back after the stroke. However. He's been the suck for the last 2 years.

Word around town is that he was going to be cut... so Belichick "asked him to go out on his own terms." Love him or hate him, that's the right way to let the former cornerstone of that D go out with his head held high.

I couldn't agree more.

Wrong. If any of his peer MLBs are overrated, it's Zack Fucking Thomas. he's the one who went to all the Pro Bowls. Bruschi only went to like two Pro Bowls.
