The two kids at QB have looked very sharp. James threw out the comparison for Forcier to Jeff Garcia. It's a great comparison...down the uniform number. I think Forcier throws the ball better but isn't as physically tough as Garcia. Robinson is lightning quick and when he gets in space, he'll be tough to bring down. I'm going to temper my excitement until next week when they face the Irish. ND was on upset alert today but they're waxing Nevada right now.

Mizzou looking fairly impressive, I must say. The defense has improved tremendously and sophmore Blaine Gabbert at QB is a star in the making.

Still a half to go but if they can hang on or even stretch this lead, they should crack the Top 25 next week.

And for all those who took Illinois to cover in the pick'em....

Still amazed they were a 6-1/2 point favorite when Mizzou has pwned them the last 4 straight, now make it 5. No wonder they want out of this series.
