How do you throw a flag before the penalty occurs? They threw a taunting call on the Pats today. Before the player taunted. :/

I have a feeling the flag was initially for pass interference and the taunting was going to be added either way.

Shut the hell up. He taunted. Regardless of when the flag was thrown, the right call was made.
