I disagree that he can't do his job -- he fills the bumbling moron role of the Gameday trio perfecly. You've got the sarcastic, but mild mannered host (Fowler), the level-headed analyst (Herbstreit) and the crowd-working cartoon (Corso). I'd say he's doing exactly what ESPN pays him to do.If you can't do your job, get off the air.
I don't really know where Desmond Howard's cliches and cackling fits in with all that, but he's the one who truly needs to go.
